Cooking method
Chop cold butter with a knife with flour, salt so that a large crumb turns out. Fold the slide, pour water into the center, knead the dough quickly. It is possible in the combine.
Wrap the dough in clingfilm and refrigerate for half an hour.
Roll out the dough thinly with a thickness of 0.3 mm, put it in molds for baskets, press it slightly against the walls, cut off the excess.
Put baskets with dough in each other for 3-5 pieces. Leave the upper form empty and press this "tower" a little.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake baskets for 15 minutes.
Disassemble the "tower" into separate molds and bake for another 15-20 minutes. Let the baskets cool down.
For salad greens, boiled beef finely chopped. Grate the apple and carrot.
Mix sour cream with mustard.
Combine all the products, season with sauce and arrange in baskets.
Decorate each basket with salad to taste with nuts and herbs.
