Cooking method

Cooking time: 1h

First we prepare the dough: mix 400 grams of sour cream with 0.5 cups of sugar.
Then add eggs, 2 cups of flour, soda, extinguished vinegar and melted butter.
The next step will be the division of the dough into 3 parts: we will add cocoa to one part of the dough, raisins to the second, and poppy seeds pre-soaked in warm water to the third.
And we start baking first one cake, then the second and finally the third.
While the cakes are being baked, we make sour cream: whisk sour cream 400 grams with a fat content of 25% with 1 cup of sugar.
When the cakes cool down, we lubricate each cake with sour cream, and decorate it with strawberries on top.
