Step-by-step cooking
Cooking three cakes. Half a cup of flour, half a cup of sugar, a teaspoon of starch, a teaspoon of soda, slaked with vinegar, an egg, half a cup of poppy seeds, a few drops of cognac mixed with each other.
Add half a cup of sour cream.
We smear the form with margarine, pour the dough, send it to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
We also make the second cake. Only the poppy is replaced with nuts.
In the third cake, we take raisins instead of nuts.
When the cakes are ready, we proceed to the cream.
Whipping softened butter, pour gradually condensed milk. That's the whole cream.
We lubricate the cakes with this cream and decorate the cake. The cake is very tasty!!!
