Step-by-step cooking
Take a fork of cauliflower, clean it of unnecessary foliage, wash and
dip in boiling salted water for a few minutes (5-10 min.)
Then remove the cabbage from the pan and let the water cool down a little and drain.
Meanwhile, turn on the oven for incandescent (170-180 degrees), prepare a mixture for coating cabbage. To do this, mix mayonnaise with pressed garlic and grated cheese on a medium grater.
When the cabbage cools down a little, you need to coat it all with this mixture (it is better to do it on the baking sheet on which it is cooked) and put it in the oven.
As soon as the crust is browned, it can be pulled out.
Baked cauliflower is cooked very quickly.
