To prepare profiteroles, pour water into a saucepan, add butter and a little salt. Put it on the fire and, as soon as everything boils, carefully pour in the flour.

Immediately stir, hold for three minutes. The dough will begin to move away from the walls of the pan. Remove it from the fire. Let cool, and then beat in one egg.

Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze out small balls on a baking sheet. Then bake them in preheated to 180 degrees. oven for about forty minutes.

Profiteroles will cool down, after they are filled with condensed milk from a pastry syringe.

Twist a cone out of paper, fix it, then lower the sharp end into the jar.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath.

Dip each profiterole in chocolate, put it in a cone. As soon as the cone is filled, put it in the refrigerator for the whole night (or just in the cold).
