I took this meringue recipe from my grandmother, she often cooks them. They are very tasty and easy to prepare. I recommend you to cook them! And they are prepared in this way: The cooled egg whites must be transferred to a dry container and gradually beaten with a mixer, while adding granulated sugar. Then you should put vanilla sugar and beat it again. After that, the mass should be put in a pastry bag and put in small figures on a sheet of parchment paper greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour, laid out on a baking sheet. It is necessary to put the contents in an oven heated to one hundred and twenty degrees and bake for about an hour to 90 minutes, after which you should pritruzit chocolate, cool, remove the meringues from the baking sheet and put them on a dessert dish. So the meringues are ready. Have a nice tea party! This meringue food is one of the beautiful products of confectioners, it is a fantastic material: an airy substance that perfectly combines with almost any filling and decoration. You can also pour the finished meringues with melted chocolate.
