Dry yeast dough is more suitable, so modern housewives are happy to use them. Yeast is mixed directly with the sifted flour. Also add granulated sugar and salt. Pass walnut kernels through a coffee grinder, grate parmesan (or other cheese) on a fine grater.

With the tip of a knife, draw a grid on the surface, wet it with water and let it come up in the form of 20 minutes. Bake a loaf of bread with cheese for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Do not let the bread cool down sharply, wrap it with a towel, let it cool down gradually. This will prevent the crumb from settling.
