Rice casserole with raisins

Kids will love it! A simple recipe for a delicious casserole! Pilaf was cooked and there was a lot of rice left. Something was not calculated. They didn't know where to put it. No one will eat porridge. My mother-in-law suggested baking a rice casserole with raisins. It turned out delicious, and dessert was not needed. Here is her cooking recipe.

Take your rice. Break an egg into it, which you previously rub with sugar. Mix thoroughly. Then take the raisins. I love white. Wash it and pour boiling water over it. It should stand like this for a few minutes to swell. Put the raisins to the rice and stir. Then pour in some milk. The mass should not be liquid. But at the same time, the mass should not be too thick. Next, take a baking dish. Brush it with butter. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Then put the resulting mass on them. Bake it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes. The milk should grab onto the egg. Then the casserole is ready. Such a casserole can be prepared and not only when you need to somehow dispose of the remaining rice. You can cook it as a separate meal. You can also cook cottage cheese casserole with raisins, as well as casserole with semolina and cottage cheese. Bon appetit!
