Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
First you need to take cauliflower. Clean it, disassemble it into inflorescences and rinse them. Then put them in a saucepan. Cover the pan with a lid and send it to the fire. If the fire is too strong and the cabbage can burn, then pour a tablespoon of water to it. The cabbage should be slightly browned. To do this, you need to keep it on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 3:
While the cabbage is on the stove, you can grate the cheese. Take a grater with small holes. Take the eggs. Whisk them with a whisk, add a little salt and mix with cottage cheese.
Step 4:
If the cauliflower has cooled, crush it and put it to the cottage cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5:
Then add butter and cheese at the end. Put the mass in a saucepan, at the bottom of which put a special baking paper.
Step 6:
Put the pan on a small fire and leave it on the stove for 12 minutes.
Step 7:
After that, remove the lid, wipe off all the condensation and close the pan again. Leave the casserole like this for half an hour. It will cook without fire with the help of the heat accumulated in the pan. Garnish the casserole with herbs. Such food is eaten with sour cream. Bon appetit!
