If you want to cook a healthy and delicious dessert for children, but also, of course, for yourself, then I advise you to bake a pumpkin casserole with cottage cheese. This culinary recipe was told to me by my friend. Now I cook it very often for my children. My motto is only healthy and delicious food for children. So, take the milk and put it on the fire. Wait until it starts to boil. Pour sugar and a pinch of salt into it. Then, in a thin trickle, so as not to form lumps, add semolina and cook like semolina porridge until completely thickened. After washing, peel and cut into pumpkin squares. Put them in a frying pan and fry in butter. After that, mix the cottage cheese with pumpkin and semolina porridge. Add the beaten eggs to the resulting composition and mix. Prepare the baking dish. To do this, lubricate it with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the casserole on it. Level the surface and lubricate it with egg. Bake pumpkin casserole with cottage cheese in the oven for about 20 minutes. For children, it can be turned into a boat. To do this, cut out three parts from it, the "base", the "middle part" and the pipe. Cut out the carrot circles and make hatches. Season the whole dish with sour cream. The anchor and smoke from the pipe can be made from lemon zest. Bon appetit!
