You definitely can't do without an impressive culinary practice here. However, this culinary recipe offers a simplified version of achma. So, meet: achma from lavash.

1. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Put 2 sheets of lavash in it so that both the bottom is covered and the edges hang down.

2. Tear the remaining pita bread with your hands into medium-sized pieces.

3. Beat kefir and eggs. We dip the pieces of pita bread and put them in a mold on dry pita bread.

4.We put the filling on top: grated cheese mixed with cottage cheese passed through a sieve.

5. We close the filling with the hanging edges of the pita bread. Fill with the remaining kefir-egg mixture. Put pieces of butter on top.

6..Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

*** For sweet lovers: you can add granulated sugar, raisins or something like that to the filling.
