Cooking method
To begin with, jam fruits and candied oranges are poured with cognac and kept for about an hour. Now separate the yolks from the egg whites, rub them with granulated sugar and butter. Then add finely chopped almonds, crumbled cookies, candied fruits, cognac, in which candied fruits were soaked, and mix everything well. Now whisk the whites with one pinch of salt and a drop of vinegar and combine with the finished mass for pudding. After that, we put the whole mass in a baking dish. Now we put the mold in a preheated 220 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. When the pudding is ready, put it on a platter, cool it, sprinkle with rum, put it on a platter. When serving, do a simple trick: put small pieces of sugar on top of the pudding and light it.
