Everyone who often watches American movies has heard the name "Cheesecake" a hundred times, but few people know what kind of food it is. Therefore, I propose a culinary recipe for this famous pumpkin flour cake for the Halloween holiday.
Mix cracker crumbs and margarine well in a bowl. And we spread a uniform layer on the bottom and walls of the mold to a height of about five centimeters. Put cottage cheese and cheese in a blender and whisk for about two minutes, peeling the mass off the walls several times until the mixture becomes thick and smooth. Pour sugar into the blender, and twist again until the sugar dissolves. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and pour the whites and two whole eggs into it. Add pumpkin flour (pumpkin seed flour), corn starch, spices and vanilla. Knead the dough until all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the dough becomes smooth. We put the dough in a form with powder, and bake in a hot oven for an hour and twenty minutes. Or until the surface of the cake turns dark brown. Completely cooled at room temperature. And then we send it to the refrigerator for another six hours. Such a cake is stored for up to 4 days.
