To begin with, we prepare the ingredients of this culinary recipe. Rub the zest of one orange, squeeze the juice from two oranges. Then add orange juice, cognac 2 tablespoons, zest and beat again. After that, add ground almonds to the mixture, mix flour with baking powder.
Then beat the whites thoroughly until a dense white foam forms and carefully mix them into the dough. It is necessary that all the components are well mixed, while the proteins should not settle. After that, we put the dough in a greased mold and put it in a preheated oven. Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top and decorate with fruit. It turns out excellent food for breakfast or afternoon tea. Homemade cake is ready!
