Step-by-step cooking
As the name already implies, this culinary recipe is based on ready–made tartlets (tartlets are baskets of dough, usually unsweetened). You can either buy them in the store, or cook them yourself again from ready-made puff pastry or unleavened yeast dough. Salad in tartlets, tuna tartlets are excellent food for a festive feast, an ideal snack for alcoholic beverages. Its only disadvantage is the need to cook at least two pieces for each guest.
We get rid of excess liquid from canned tuna, then we clean the bones and knead the resulting fillet with a fork. Hard-boiled eggs are finely chopped, and cucumbers are cut into small cubes. Mix the fish, eggs and cucumbers. Add chopped green onions, chopped dill to the mass. Fill everything with mayonnaise and mix. In each tartlet we put a piece of salad leaf, and on it – our salad. You can decorate with either greens, or canned peas or olives.
