Sift flour through a sieve, mix with baking powder. Beat eggs with sugar (100g), pour in 3 tablespoons of hot water, add flour. We put it in a mold and bake one cake for about 15 minutes. Cool the cake. We cut out mugs from it with a glass.
Now peel the oranges, cut them into thin circles. Cottage cheese, cheese and the remaining sugar are mixed into a single mass. Liqueur is diluted with espresso coffee. In each of the four cremans, we put one slice of cake on the bottom, pour the liqueur, lower the orange circle from above, pour the chopped hazelnuts and spread the cheese-curd mass. We put it in the refrigerator for an hour. Then decorate the top with candy and serve.
