I want to share with you a very interesting culinary recipe from Argentine cuisine. I also call it “pies for a quick hand” and it really is. Sweet pies with almonds have repeatedly saved me when unexpected guests came to us for tea or dinner. This recipe is very easy, delicious and quick to prepare, does not require any preliminary preparation, and it is also publicly available at a price.
Let's start preparing the dough, for this we beat the butter with sugar, add almond and vanilla essence there, mix everything. Then we drive one egg into our dough, mix everything again. Peel the zest from the lemon, mix it with ground almonds and flour, then add it all to our dough. The dough must be thoroughly kneaded and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, we take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll a roll out of it, then cut this roll into medium circles. Grease the baking sheet with oil and sprinkle with flour, spread the mugs on it and put it to bake for 20 minutes. at a temperature of 180 C.
Ready-made sweet pies with almonds can be combined with each other using marmalade and softened chocolate. And also our food can be decorated by sprinkling powdered sugar on top.
Bon appetit!
