For convenience, pour the milk clot into a 3-liter jar. Take a large saucepan, put a towel on the bottom and put a jar. Pour water into a saucepan so that it completely covers the clot.Bring the water to a boil and turn off the heat. Cover the pan with a lid and leave for 1 hour.
Step 4:
As a result, cottage cheese and whey will separate.
Step 5:
Fold the cottage cheese on cheesecloth.
Step 6:
Hang the cottage cheese for 1-2 hours to make the whey glass.
