Noodle soup with cottage cheese and raisins

An unusual kind of cottage cheese casserole will definitely appeal to children! Many children really do not like cottage cheese, but pasta can be eaten three times a day. How to deal with it? The answer to this question was suggested to me by my friend. And it turned out to be very simple, you need a culinary trick. In her recipe, cottage cheese is "disguised" into a sweet casserole. Ordinary food has turned into a sweet noodle soup with cottage cheese, which is very easy to cook.

Boil the noodles, throw them into a colander and let the water drain. Then add butter to the noodles and mix well. Carefully rub the cottage cheese with eggs and granulated sugar, add raisins (pre-washed and dried) or candied fruits. Mix the curd mass with noodles. Grease the baking dish with oil, and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Spread the resulting mixture in an even layer and put the mold in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until browning. A healthy noodle maker with cottage cheese is ready! Very tasty, especially with jam or sour cream. Try to cook it for your children.
