Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. Grind pine nuts in a blender and mix with vanilla. Add the butter and mix well. Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs, pour the rest evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
Meanwhile, carefully beat tequila, lemon juice, egg yolks and condensed milk. In another bowl, beat the egg whites and sugar thoroughly with a mixer, until a thick foam. Carefully put the egg whites into the tequila mixture and mix gently. Put the resulting mixture on the nuts and bake for 25 minutes, then cool. Sprinkle the remaining nut crumbs on top. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight before slicing. If desired, the dessert can be poured with honey or jam on top.
