Cooking method
To prepare fruit pizza, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough 1-1.5 cm thick. With the help of a baking dish, you can give the dough the shape of a circle. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the dough is browned. Remove the base for the fruit pizza from the oven and cool completely. Meanwhile, stir in the soft cream cheese and zest. Cover the cooled pizza base with this mixture. Place the pieces of fruit beautifully on top, for example, in circles. Heat the marmalade slightly and apply it over the fruit. It is advisable to do this with a brush.
Fruit pizza can be served on the table.
