Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to cook juice in a juicer for the winter? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making apple juice. If you prefer a completely natural juice, then give up sugar completely. It is better to take juicy apples, preferably from your garden. They should be juicy and preferably sweet and sour in taste. The redder the apples are, the darker the juice will turn out.
Step 2:
Wash the apples thoroughly and cut into slices, removing the petioles and the core with seeds, dents and damage.
Step 3:
Fold the prepared apple slices into the upper compartment intended for them, sprinkling with sugar. Do not try to stuff it with the top, because when cooking, the mass can rise, flow and get everything dirty.
Step 4:
Assemble the juicer according to its instructions. My juicer consists of 3 parts. 2 liters of water is poured into the lower part, a juice receiver section is installed on it, in which there is a tube for juice removal, with an overlapping shutter. Finishes the whole part with apples and a lid. Put the juicer on medium heat and bring the water in the lower compartment to a boil. Make the juice for one hour, during which time the apples should be completely boiled and give the juice.
Step 5:
Pour the hot juice through the juice drain tube into sterilized jars or bottles and immediately close with boiled lids. Wrap the juice until it cools completely. This will be an additional heat treatment for better juice storage.
Step 6:
This is the apple mass that remains after juicing. But do not rush to throw it out, it makes a wonderful puree or you can cook a delicious jam.
Step 7:
Bon appetit.
Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener that is not afraid of heat treatment.
