Cooking method
First prepare the marinade. To do this, chop ginger, garlic and bitter pepper with a knife, grind with a press or grate on a special grater - in general, in any convenient way. Mix the chopped vegetables, spices, honey, lemon juice and soy sauce into a mush. The marinade is ready.
Since the skin and meat of the turkey wings are quite dense, it takes several hours to marinate in the usual way. Nevertheless, it is possible to reduce the time due to special devices, such as a vacuum marinator or vacuum caps with a pump for canning in cans.
In this way, you can pickle any products very quickly - literally in a few minutes. For example, summer lightly salted cucumbers are prepared in 15-30 minutes instead of several hours. But that's not about it now :)
So, let's do the actual pickling. It is necessary to smear the turkey wings with the prepared spicy mixture, put them in a jar, close the lid and pump out the air. In the process, the pores open and the marinade quickly passes deep into the tissues.
The process will be even more effective if the jar is turned over from time to time so that the marinade washes each piece from all sides. As a result, the output (after a maximum of half an hour) is very high-quality pickled wings.
You can proceed to baking. Put the wings in an aerogrill form greased with vegetable oil, pour over the marinade. Bake the wings at maximum temperature and ventilation for 10-15 minutes on each side. In the middle of baking, the wings need to be turned over and poured with the resulting sauce.
Baked turkey wings are ready when transparent juice is released after piercing with a toothpick.
Serve the wings with your favorite side dish. All the most delicious!
