Cooking method

The tentacles are thoroughly washed and dried with paper towels. Then rub them with a mixture of salt, sugar and spices. Leave to marinate for 40 minutes.
For cooking, we will also need a smoking device (you can use an aerogrill).
At the bottom of the device, where we will smoke seafood, we place wood shavings or chips. We install a grate and a pallet under the flowing fat.
We put the pre-salted squid tentacles on the grill, close the smoking device, and send it to the bonfire.
Cooking time ranges from 20 minutes to half an hour.
If you smoke squid for the first time, be guided by the color – it should be golden.
Enjoy the incredible taste by adding seafood sauce or a portion of fresh vegetables!
