Step 1:
Squid carcasses must be cleaned, the insides removed and rinsed in cold water. Next, you need to make incisions to make it look like the rays of the sun. Sprinkle squid carcasses generously with a mixture of ground peppers and salt. We use our favorite spices for seafood and fish cooking. And also add sesame seeds, if they were not in the seasonings, mix everything.
Step 2:
Wrap the upper grill of the aerogrill with foil. We spread the squid carcass and straighten it so that the cut part of the carcass resembles the sun. Bake at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 7-10 minutes .
Step 3:
The finished squid can only be served.
Step 4:
