Step 1:
Prepare all the necessary products. We will need a thin lavash, it is usually Armenian lavash. The thinner it is, the better. Vegetable oil is absolutely suitable for any: both refined and unprocessed oil. If you want to give a certain taste to ready-made chips, take for example fragrant sunflower or olive oil. And from oils without a pronounced taste, any one will do: rapeseed, corn, refined sunflower, etc.
Step 2:
Add salt to the oil, wait until the salt is completely dissolved. The amount of salt to your taste.
Step 3:
Also add the spices and seasonings to the oil. I took dry spices that are familiar to everyone, without exotic flavors. But it can also be other herbs or seasonings: dried thyme or rosemary will give a unique flavor, smoked paprika - an unforgettable "smoked" taste and aroma, chili pepper - an indescribable sharpness. Also, dried spices can be completely replaced with fresh herbs, only they will need to be very thinly sliced. Stir until smooth.
Step 4:
Cut the lavash into pieces of the desired shape and size. It is not necessary to grind too much - the average length is about 2-3 cm wide. I cut the pita bread into triangles, but it can also be squares or just pieces of indeterminate shape.
Step 5:
Put the pieces of pita bread on a dish suitable for use in a microwave oven. Let me remind you that it can be glass, wooden, paper, porcelain dishes. In no case should metal objects and dishes with gilded elements and a pattern be used in microwaves. Or you can put the pieces of pita bread directly on the glass rotating stand of the microwave Smear each piece of lavash with fragrant oil using a cooking brush
Step 6:
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cheese can be any: hard, semi-hard, mozzarella and even cheese with mold. In principle, this moment can be omitted and chips can be cooked without cheese. Ai also cook some chips with cheese, some without cheese.
Step 7:
Put a plate with slices of pita bread in the microwave. Cook at a power of 1000 - 2 minutes, 800 - 3 minutes, 600-4 minutes. Be guided by your microwave oven - the pita bread should fry and become crispy.
