Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
It is better to choose sausages with a natural composition. In this case, their use will not only be pleasant, but also safe for health.
Step 2:
If the individual shell of sausages is not natural, they need to be released from the shell. To do this, it is convenient to pry the tip of the shell on one side with a small knife and remove it all at once.
Step 3:
To make the use of sausages not only pleasant for the stomach, but also joyful for the eye, I advise you to make shallow incisions along the entire length of the sausage. Diagonally, as in the photo.
Step 4:
Then, exactly the same incisions need to be made by turning the sausages over. As a result, cross-shaped incisions are obtained, which, when heat-treated, will give the sausages an even more attractive and appetizing appearance.
Step 5:
Transfer the sausages to a plate suitable for cooking in a microwave oven. The most important thing is that there should be no gilded elements on it. It should not be made of metal or thin plastic. Sausages cook for four minutes at a power of eight hundred watts.
Step 6:
Of course, it all depends on the characteristics of different microwaves. Some have higher power, some have lower. Some, due to their technical characteristics, reduce the output power after a certain time of operation at maximum power. So it's worth focusing on the nature of the cuts on the sausages themselves. The incisions should open up and turn out a little. This means that the sausages have already warmed up well enough inside and are ready for use.
It is worth remembering that sausages cooked in a microwave oven differ in taste from those that were cooked in a saucepan. I mean the amount of salt. The sausages come out of the microwave more salty. Perhaps this is a subjective opinion, but it is because of this that I personally prefer to cook sausages in water. They seem to me to taste more delicate.
But, the absolute plus of sausages according to this recipe is the speed of cooking. After all, if you count, cooking sausages in the microwave saves as much as seventy-five percent of the time spent!
Bon appetit!
