Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In a deep bowl, beat the chicken egg washed under running water. Add salt, vanilla and plain sugar. Be sure to add salt, because this will make the taste of the cake more vivid.
Step 2:
Whisk the mixture with a whisk until light bubbles form. It's good if the egg is farmed, with a bright yellow yolk. Then the cupcake will turn out not only delicious, but also exceptionally beautiful.
Step 3:
Add premium wheat flour and baking powder for the dough. Whisk everything together until smooth. Baking powder can be replaced with baking soda mixed with citric acid in a proportion of 5:3. That is, 5 parts soda and 3 parts citric acid. The parts can be of any volume. For example, teaspoons.
Step 4:
Add refined sunflower oil (odorless) and water. Mix the dough again until smooth.
Step 5:
The dough should turn out to be thick, but easy to pour. Lubricate the bottoms of a pair of mugs suitable for heating in a microwave oven with a small amount of sunflower oil.
Step 6:
And distribute the dough evenly between the circles. Pour the dough into two-thirds of the mug. Let me remind you that not all dishes are suitable for use in the microwave! Metal, gold-plated and thin plastic will definitely not work.
Step 7:
Bake the cupcakes in the microwave for two minutes at eight hundred watts. But it will be best to focus on your microwave oven and its individual characteristics.
Step 8:
Cupcakes should rise well, become elastic when pressed, but not burn from below. From the specified number of ingredients, I got two cupcakes the size of a full portion of dessert. My mugs are ordinary ceramic, the volume is 300 milliliters. Dessert is convenient to serve directly in mugs. You can pour jam, chocolate syrup or condensed milk on top. But even without this, the cupcake will turn out very tasty and sweet.
Bon appetit!
Don't expect a wonderful taste from "baking in the microwave"! It's fast, but always a bit rubbery.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
Keep in mind that microwaves don't work the same way. The cooking time and recommended power may differ from those stated in the recipe. Read the instructions for your device and take into account the features of your equipment.
Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!
