Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a charlotte with cocoa and apples in the microwave? We prepare products according to the list. We will add cocoa to the dough, because, for obvious reasons, an ordinary charlotte turns out to be somewhat pale in the microwave. Next, we look at how to bake a charlotte in the microwave with apples?
Step 2:
To begin with, prepare the apples: peel them, free them from the seeds and core and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 3:
Preparing the dough. We drive eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Beat eggs with sugar with a whisk or mixer until a fluffy mass is formed and the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour in refined vegetable oil, mix.
Step 4:
Measure out the right amount of flour, mix it with cocoa and baking powder and sift everything through a strainer into a bowl with eggs. Knead the sponge dough with a spoon, which should resemble fatty sour cream in density. Instead of baking powder, you can take soda and extinguish it with vinegar or lemon juice. You can also add cinnamon and lemon zest to the dough, which will give the charlotte an additional taste.
Step 5:
Pour the dough into a silicone or glass baking dish greased with butter, spread the apples on top. We put all this in the microwave for about 5-7 minutes at maximum power. After the end of cooking, we leave it for a couple of minutes in the switched-off microwave so that the charlotte reaches. The finished charlotte can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Of course, every housewife knows how to cook an ordinary charlotte with apples in the oven. The culinary recipe of this food is quite simple. But last week I bought all the products for making this baking, but suddenly the gas was turned off, which disrupted all my plans. But I decided not to change my plans, but just to try something new, for example, to cook charlotte in the microwave. And I did it! I hope this recipe will appeal to you and you will also cook this dish in your spare time.
