Baked pumpkin with apples and cinnamon in the microwave

Cooking method
1 Peel and core the apples. Cut into large cubes.
2 Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes too.
3 Sprinkle with sugar and mix. At the bottom of the dishes in which the dessert will be baked, pour a couple of tablespoons of water. We spread the chopped apples and pumpkin.
4 Bake in the microwave for 5-8 minutes
.
5 When serving, mix with the resulting syrup and decorate with powdered sugar, cinnamon, flax seeds.
