Step 1:
Desired products.
Step 2:
Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
Step 3:
Add strawberry yogurt to the white chocolate mass and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4:
Put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator for cooling. While the chocolate is cooled to a slight thickening, prepare the strawberries – rinse, dry, remove the tails.
Step 5:
Dip a strawberry berry into the cooled yogurt mixture.
Step 6:
Roll the resulting truffle in coconut chips.
Step 7:
Repeat the procedure with half of the remaining strawberries. You should try to do it quickly, because in the heat the glaze will gradually soften and become liquid.
Step 8:
For the second option, yogurt-cottage cheese truffle, add soft cottage cheese to the base mixture of yogurt and chocolate.
Step 9:
As in the first version, cover the strawberries with a curd-chocolate mass and roll the truffle in coconut chips.
Step 10:
Do this with the remaining strawberries. Put the finished truffles in the refrigerator for cooling.
