Cooking method
Important point: all ingredients must be at room temperature!
So let's get started:
- break an egg into a bowl, add vegetable oil, pour in milk;
- pour sugar and whisk until smooth;
- add softened chocolate butter and cocoa, mix;
- mix flour with a pinch of baking powder and add parts to the chocolate mass;
- pour the dough into cups with a volume of 200 ml (the dough should take no more than 2/3 cups, so that during baking it does not "run away", since the cupcake rises very much in the process);
- bake in the microwave oven, choosing the highest power, for 5 minutes (I advise you to set the time first for 2 minutes and see at what stage the baking process will be after this time).
