Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

1. Nuts are chopped with a knife, you can also use a blender, but not very finely.
2. We turn cookies into crumbs (with a rolling pin, in a blender - as it is more convenient).
3. Combine cottage cheese with sugar and cocoa, add vanilla and yogurt, mix until smooth.
4. In the resulting mass, we introduce crumbs and nuts, mix.
5. From the resulting mass, we form oval sausages and, putting them on the board, we send them to the freezer.
6. Pour milk into a small bowl, add sugar and cocoa, add butter. We send it to the microwave or to a water bath so that all the ingredients are mixed and turned into a glaze, homogeneous in consistency.
7. We take out the cheese that has managed to "grab" from the freezer, dip it in the glaze and put it on the board. We decorate the surface with sunflower seeds and return the sweet "potatoes" to the freezer.

After enduring 2 hours, you can get a treat and help yourself.
