Cooking method
We put the cream in a bowl with a high side and beat it at low speeds of the mixer with the addition of powdered sugar into a fluffy creamy mass. The cream must be well cooled, otherwise it will not be whipped.
Put the cheese in a deep bowl and add the whipped cream in parts, mixing them in mascarpone with a silicone spatula.
We break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a separate container and send it to the microwave. Melt the chocolate in a couple of steps, take it out of the microwave and mix it. You can also melt chocolate in a water bath - as it is more convenient for you.
Warm chocolate (not hot) is poured into the cream in a thin stream, while beating the mass with a mixer.
