Step 1:
How to make chicken in cream sauce in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can use any part of the chicken - it can be pieces with bones or just chicken fillet. Take the fattest cream. I have 33% cream.

Chop the chicken into large pieces.
Step 3:
Turn on the slow cooker to the "frying" mode and preheat the bowl to a hot state. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse in cold water and cut into half rings or slightly smaller. Pour a little vegetable oil into a bowl and put the chopped onion. Fry it for 3-5 minutes to make it clearer and softer.
Step 4:
Then put the prepared chicken pieces in a bowl, stir and fry all together for 3-4 minutes so that the raw meat does not become visible on the chicken.
Step 5:
Then pour some hot water (about 200ml) into the bowl Add salt and spices to your taste. As a spice, I use ground pepper and a little paprika. Switch the slow cooker to the "baking" mode" or "bake " for 30 minutes and close the lid. Leave the chicken to cook.
Step 6:
In a separate glass, mix 150 ml of water with flour. Pour in the cream. Peel a couple of garlic cloves.
Step 7:
10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, open the lid, pour in the cream sauce and add the chopped garlic. Stir and leave to finish cooking.
Step 8:
After the specified time, the slow cooker will emit a sound signal notifying that the chicken is ready. Carefully open the lid, arrange the chicken in cream sauce on plates and serve to the table. Complement the chicken with any side dish. Bon appetit!
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
