Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Ingredients
Step 2:
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil in the Baking mode for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Fry the onion in a frying pan.
Step 4:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater, add to the onion.
Step 5:
Wash the rice several times, add it to the chicken. Add carrots and onions. Salt, fill all the spices and pour water, so that the water hides the rice by about 1 cm. Do not mix! You can pour boiling water, then the pilaf will cook faster. We put on the "Pilaf" mode.
Step 6:
A few minutes before the beep, add the garlic. When the pilaf is ready, you can gently mix it, but I did not mix it, because there was no need for this.
Step 7:
The pilaf is ready!
