Step 1:
How to make buckwheat with stew in a slow cooker? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. stew can be used from any type of meat. I have a pork stew. The proportions of the ingredients can be slightly changed to your taste, but the ratio of buckwheat and water should be 1:2.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and carrot and rinse in running water from dirt. Then grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and finely chop the onion. Step 4:
Wash the buckwheat several times in cold water and carefully drain the water from it. Put the buckwheat in the bowl of a slow cooker and add the required amount of water. Add a little salt and ground pepper to taste. Switch the slow cooker to the Cereal mode for 25 minutes. Close the lid.
Step 5:
After the specified time, the slow cooker will emit a sound signal indicating that the dish is ready. Open the lid, stir and you can serve. Arrange the buckwheat and stew on plates and serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
