    Wash the turkey thigh, dry it and cut it into large pieces. If you have not just a fillet, but a thigh with bone and skin, first remove the skin and cut out the bone.

    Pour kefir, vegetable oil over the meat, sprinkle with Italian herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. You can replace Italian herbs with Provencal ones.
