Step 1:
How to make a casserole of zucchini with minced meat in a slow cooker? Prepare the ingredients.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with oil.

Lay out alternately: 2 circles of zucchini, 1 piece of cheese.
Step 7:
Beat the eggs with a fork with salt, pepper and, if desired, your favorite spices (I love suneli hops, but even without them it is tender and delicious).
Step 8:
Pour the zucchini mixture. The eggs should lightly cover the zucchini. If they have gone completely down, then you need to add a couple more eggs. Depending on the size of the bowl, it usually takes me from 9 to 11 eggs.
Step 9:
Put the slow cooker in baking mode for 30-45 minutes (the time depends on the power of your slow cooker)
Step 10:
After the time has elapsed, open the slow cooker and check if the egg has completely seized - it means the casserole is ready, if we see a little liquid, we put it on for another 10 minutes. Usually 30 minutes is enough for me.
Step 11:
Put the casserole on a plate and please your family and friends :)

All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.

Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.
