Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Wash and peel the vegetables.
Step 3:
Put the tongues in a pressure cooker, pour 2.5 liters of water, put the vegetables, bay leaf and spices.
Step 4:
Cook for about 1.5 hours.
Step 5:
Remove the tongues from the broth.
Step 6:
Dip in cold water and remove the skin. Cut the tongues into thin slices.
