Cooking method
1. We sort through and thoroughly rinse the cereal until the water is completely clean and transparent.
2. The Italian vegetable mixture is also washed, let the excess water drain (you can dry it with paper towels) and fry (without pre-defrosting) on a small amount of vegetable oil for 10 minutes in the "Baking" mode.
3. Then add buckwheat, water and a little salt to the multivark. We set the "Buckwheat" mode and cook until the final signal.
If you prefer diet food or cook for kids, you can do without frying. Just add the already clean buckwheat to the bowl, spreading it along the bottom, then - the Italian mixture, salt, water. Choose the program "Rice" (or identical in your slow cooker, for example, it may be called "Buckwheat"). When the beep sounds, the dish is ready! It remains only to decorate it before serving with coriander.
Such buckwheat with vegetables will serve as an excellent side dish to any meat dish.
Bon appetit!
