Not all housewives realize that it is possible not only to cook soups and bake pies, but also to bake even in foil. Potatoes, of course, are better used young, with a thin skin and not very large. Potato tubers are carefully washed so that the skin does not burst during baking on the tubers, we make several punctures with a fork, you can make an incision on the skin with a knife. Rub the potato tubers with olive oil and a mixture of salt, ground black pepper, if desired, you can use a ready-made seasoning for potatoes or any spices to taste. Cut the foil into small squares so that it is enough to completely wrap each tuber and wrap the potatoes. We put potatoes in foil in the bowl of a slow cooker, but it should be filled no more than three-quarters of the total volume, otherwise the potatoes will not bake well. We close the multivark with a lid, select the "baking" program and set it to cook for an hour and a half. If there is no such program in the multivark, then you need to choose a program with similar functions or the "multi-cooker" program and set the temperature mode yourself. During the preparation of the dish, the potatoes can be checked for readiness. It is enough to put pressure on the potatoes, if it is soft, then the potatoes are baked. If desired, the baking time of potatoes can be increased or decreased by setting the desired time additionally or by disabling the program.
We take the potatoes out of the slow cooker, release them from the foil or serve them directly to the table in foil. Baked potatoes in a slow cooker in foil taste a little different from baked potatoes in the oven, you should definitely try to appreciate this dish. In addition to the fact that potatoes are delicious, they are also useful thanks to this method of cooking. Baked potatoes with butter, sour cream and fresh vegetables are very tasty, also serve it as a side dish to meat, fish or chicken.
