Step 1:
We will need: pork neck, soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, spices and salt to taste.
Step 2:
Marinade: mix soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise, spices and salt.
Step 3:
Stuff the meat with garlic.
Step 4:
Put the meat in the marinade.
Step 5:
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Step 6:
Preheat the slow cooker and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Fry the meat on all sides. Cover the slow cooker and put it on the Baking mode for 60 minutes.
