Duck with potatoes in a slow cooker

Cooking method
1. Disassemble the duck into large pieces, wash and dry.
2. Peel and wash the vegetables, chop everything coarsely. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.
3. Mix mayonnaise, tomato sauce, vinegar and spices, add salt and coat the duck well with this mixture. Send the meat to the slow cooker. Add onions, carrots and apples to the meat. If there is any duck sauce left, put it in the bowl too. Mix everything well.
4. Place a steaming tray on top, put the potatoes in it, add salt.
5. Close the slow cooker, set the Baking mode for 1 hour. After that, check the meat for readiness. If it is not cooked, mix and cook again.
