Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our ingredients. Wash the chicken carcass well, dry it.
Step 2:
Then rub the carcass well inside and out with salt, pepper and any spices you like.
Step 3:
Then rub well with mayonnaise, also outside and inside. And put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Step 4:
While the chicken is marinating, let's do potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into halves, and the carrots into cubes.
Step 5:
Then take the baking sleeve. On the one hand, we tie it well with a clip, and put our chicken inside carefully. The sleeve should turn out like this - special holes on it from above along the middle.
Step 6:
And the potatoes and carrots can be transferred to the bowl in which the chicken was marinated and thoroughly mixed in this marinade, which remained.
Step 7:
Then we put our potatoes and carrots into the sleeve of the chicken and tie the other end of the sleeve with a special clip, too.
Step 8:
We carefully transfer our chicken in the sleeve into the bowl of the slow cooker so that the holes on the sleeve turn out to be on top. Close the lid and install the program "baking" for 2 hours. After the signal about the end of the program, I would advise you to turn on the "heating" mode for at least 20 minutes, this will make the meat even more tender and softer.
Step 9:
After the signal about the end of the program, very carefully! in order not to be scalded, we take out our chicken on a dish, put the potatoes side by side, decorate with greens and call everyone to the table! That's how the chicken and the side dish turned out together. Bon appetit!
The recipe is adapted for a multicooker with a capacity of 900 watts, and the volume of the bowl is 5 liters. Dear housewives, everyone knows their own slow cooker, if necessary, please adjust it for your assistants. Have a nice cooking to everyone!
