Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We prepare all the necessary products, not forgetting about lemonade. Next, according to the recipe, we look at how to bake a lush sponge cake with lemonade in a slow cooker. I cooked this for the first time, and everything turned out great for me! Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar in the bowl of a mixer and beat everything well. Continuing to beat, pour in vegetable oil, immediately after the oil pour in lemonade. Pour out the flour with baking powder in parts, mix with a mixer. The dough will turn out liquid, like sour cream.
Step 2:
Pour the dough into the bowl of the slow cooker. We set the baking time for 65 minutes. After the signal, we add another 65 minutes.
Step 3:
At the end of baking, turn off the heating and leave the biscuit to cool for another 20 minutes.
Step 4:
Then turn the bowl of the slow cooker onto the stands (see photo), you can put it on tea cups, and leave the biscuit in such a suspended state until it cools completely.
Step 5:
In the oven, a simple biscuit is baked as always - at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. The shape should be high, because the biscuit rises very much. At the end of baking, we leave the biscuit in the oven turned off for 20 minutes. We turn the form with the biscuit on the stands and finally cool it. The biscuit turns out to be very high (I have 12 cm), fluffy, with a pear flavor (I had lemonade with a pear).
In the right hands, an ordinary biscuit will turn into a culinary masterpiece. It can be pre-lubricated with cream to align the cake, and then apply the main cream and decor. Such cakes like to order for all kinds of special events: weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, etc. We'll cook it ourselves. Usually the cooled biscuit is cut into several cakes, soaked, collected and decorated. In some cases, personal or congratulatory inscriptions are made. I decorated my biscuit in a special way - with multi-colored cream in the form of roses. Everyone was delighted, especially the kids! In general, the main thing is the biscuit base, and then only your imagination!
