Step 1:
Separate the whites from the yolks.

Whisk the whites with a drop of salt until firm peaks.

Rub the yolks with sugar.

Gently mix the whites with the yolks

Add flour mixed with soda.
Step 6:
Add any jam. Mix everything together.
Step 7:
Pour the resulting dough into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Step 8:
Select the baking mode, the time is 65 minutes. After the time has elapsed, we check the pie with a dry splinter, if the dough remains on the splinter, add the baking time for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 9:
Take the finished pie out of the slow cooker and cool it on the grill. If desired, you can cut the pie into two tortillas and soak it with syrup or layer it with cream.
