Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products. To cook fish according to this recipe, we will need wood chips for smoking, it will give the fish a special flavor. Any fish can be used. Clean the fish, rinse, sprinkle with lemon juice and rub with your favorite spices for fish.
Step 2:
We pour the chips into the bowl of the slow cooker (one handful of chips is enough), fill with water.
Step 3:
We will lubricate the steaming container with vegetable oil and put the prepared fish in it.
Step 4:
Install the container with the fish in the slow cooker, close the lid and select the "steaming" mode, cooking time is 20 minutes
