Cooking method
1. We clean the fish from the entrails, cut off the head and fins, wash thoroughly under running water, dry.
2. Peel carrots and onions, cut carrots into thin strips, onions into half rings. We put the prepared vegetables in the bowl of the slow cooker.
3. Wash the tomato, chop it with a blender.
4. Put the whiting carcasses on a vegetable pillow, salt, pepper to taste, spread the chopped tomato, pour a little water.
5. Select the program "Baking", set the cooking time to 30 minutes.
