Cooking method
1. In two different containers, we separate the whites and yolks.
2. Whisk the proteins with sugar (take half - 100 grams) until strong peaks form.
3. Rub the yolks with the remaining sugar, then sift flour and baking powder to the yolk mass.
4. Mix the dough with a spoon, gently pouring in the orange juice (not all, about half).
5. Then combine the dough with the whipped whites, mix gently.
6. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, put the dough into it.
7. Bake for 30 minutes using the "Baking" mode.
8. We remove the finished cake using a steam basket and, after letting it cool, we make punctures with a fork over the entire surface. Pour the remaining orange juice over the pie, decorate with orange slices, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
